Balayya B Dreams Shattered, Wasted 2 Cr!

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna planned to release his dream project NTR Biopic in various languages including Hindi. He thought of releasing Hindi version later, if Telugu version becomes a hit. 

Balayya roped in Bollywood popular actress Vidya Balan to play his mother Basavatarakam in the film. The National Award Winning actress was paid a whopping Rs 2 Cr to be part of the film. They indeed welcomed her grandly when she visited Balakrishna’s house, before joining shoot.

Balakrishna Bollywood dreams shattered with the first part- NTR Kathanayakudu turning out to be a disaster at box office. He dropped his plans of releasing Kathanayakudu in Bollywood. Though Vidya Balan played her role precisely, flat narration and poor direction played spoilsport.

The makers hope NTR Mahanayakudu releasing on 22nd of this month will surely impress one and all. Given that Kathanayakudu Hindi version didn’t see theaters, even though Mahanayakudu attains success, they may not release the second part alone in Hindi.
