Caste and media, which had been thought to be huge advantages for ruling Tdp of AP, have tuned out to be curses for the same political party. If so, what makes the party being cursed with the yellow media and a caste? Let's check it out.
"Ever since 1983, caste bias of political parties was kick started in Andhra Pradesh. And then, it has been increased by leaps and bounds during CBN's regime," say some analysts.
Till a couple of years ago, caste bias appeared to have favoured Tdp. However, the dominance of social media gave a huge blow to Tdp. Every Tom, Dick and Harry started questioning Tdp's caste bias. It was the common practice that every defector of the party would throw blame on Tdp's corruption practices. But then, the trend has been changed. Recently, some of the MLAs who gave up Tdp's membership and joined YSRCP alleged that Tdp government was showing caste bias at extreme levels by appointing top bureaucrats from particular community. This is an unexpected shocker to Tdp.
On the other hand, people have been vexed with yellow media's fabricated journalism, caste biased attitude etc. people's anger on yellow media was merely disclosed at a scene in Bharat Ane Nenu, where hero tears apart media.
"Altogether, caste and yellow media will surely play spoilsport for Tdp's winning prospects in general elections," opines an observer.
