After scoring career best hit with Rangasthalam, mega power star Ram Charan gambled doing a regular commercial film Vinaya Vidheya Rama under Boyapati Srinu’s direction. The film bankrolled by DVV Danayya is turning out to be a disaster.
The makers stopped movie promotions from second week itself when they got the clarity that it’s a waste of money. Thankfully, various factors worked in favor of the film to recover 70% of investment. Recently, Danayya is said to have compensated some part of the loss incurred by distributors.
Ram Charan today released a press note to express his gratitude towards all his fans and movie buffs. He also thanked his producer DVV Danayya and distributors. But, what surprised all was, Charan did not mention anything about Boyapati Srinu which again triggered the speculations of his discontentment on the director.
Charan keeping his faith on Boyapati allegedly went ahead without listening to the full script. Reports came out that, Boyapati delayed the film’s shoot which irked Charan who wanted to wrap up the film at the earliest to join Rajamouli’s RRR co-starring NTR. He is said to have shocked when he along with his producer Danayya watched the movie rushes.
Unable to digest the feedback from movie buffs and debacle box office response after its release, Charan stayed away from publicity activities from second week. He at last today spoke about the film’s result. It looked as if Charan released the press note to thank his fans, but his main intention might be to express his anguish on Boyapati.
As we reported earlier, Ram Charan cancelled his dad megastar Chiranjeevi’s film with Boyapati Srinu.
