Late CM of AP YS Rajasekhar Reddy's biopic Yatra is on the verge of its release. The makers are now releasing teasers and promos to ensure intensified promotions of the film.
And today, a heart touching song on farmers woes. 'Pallello kala vundhee...pantallo viluvundi...ani cheppe maatallo viluvemundhee?' was released by film's team.
Padma Sri Sirivennela Seetharamashastri's lyrics reflected farmers' hardships to the core. Especially, Sirivennela's typical expressions like 'Prasnagaa maarene kodavalee' are conveying meaning literally as well as physically. As we know, if kodavali (sickle) is put upside down, it looks like a question mark and that is penned quite sensibly by Sirivennela to ensure dual meaning.
Needless to say, legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam sang the song flawlessly and he gave dignity to the song with his unmatched vocals. K's tune is quite emotional and touching . Mahi V Raghav is the director.
