Following Rajamouli’s Success Formula

A perfect product will emerge when artists and technicians put in their best efforts and work together as a team. We call it as team work and filmmakers who have their choices in choosing technicians are enjoying good success rate in the industry. 

Ss Rajamouli will most probably work with same team for almost all his films. The common technicians in his team are Vijayendra Prasad pens story, MM Keeravani composes music, KK Senthil Kumar handles cinematography, Sree Valli looks after production works, Rama Rajamouli styles artists and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao takes editing responsibility. Rajamouli most probably goes with same team and he never tasted a flop till date.

Like Rajamouli, few other directors have also formed their own team. Sukumar who is known for making sensible films has his team of technicians. We commonly see the names of R Rathnavelu for cinematography and Devi Sri Prasad for music in Sukumar’s films. And as we know, Sukumar is one of the top directors of Tollywood.

Surender Reddy more often than not works with Editor Gautham Raju and writer Vakkantham Vamsi. Koratala Siva’s regular team is music director Devi Sri Prasad and editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Srikanth Addala’s team includes Mickey J Meyer and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.

Trivikram Srinivas has been continuing his journey with producer S Radhakrishna since Julayi. Vamsi Paidipally except for Oopiri has made all his films under Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations Banner.

Many other directors are also following the suit as particular technicians are well aware of taste of the directors.
