Charan Blockbuster Vs Vijay 3 Hits

During end of every year, analysts come up with analysis on various topics like who is the best hero, director, heroine and what is the best film of that year. This year in 2018, the competition is heavy between mega power star Ram Charan and crazy star Vijay Devarakonda.

While Charan delivered biggest hit of 2018 with Rangasthalam, Vijay scored three super hits with Mahanati, Geetha Govindam and Taxiwala. Charan didn’t have second release, while Vijay had a flop in form of NOTA which was released in Telugu and Tamil.

Super Star Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu and young tiger NTR’s Aravinda Sametha ended as above average grosser. But, both the films couldn’t reach break even in many centers owing to high investments.

Rangasthalam, a non-Baahubali hit minted a full run share of Rs 127 crores. It was more than a triple blockbuster and producers as well as buyers pocketed massive profits. On the other hand, Geetha Govindam is second biggest hit of the year, in the ratio of investment vs returns. Vijay’s last release Taxiwala was also a super hit considering its limited budget.

Analysts opine that, best hero of the year should be shared between Charan and Vijay for their great attainments this year.
