Lagadapati, Shivaji Gained Financially, Lost Ethically!

Once upon a time, former MP Lagadapati Rajagopal was lauded as Andhra Octopus with his genuine political surveys. He showed no bias on any political party then. However, his financial woes made him changed his stand. 

A couple of months ago, Lagadapati met AP CM Chandrababu Naidu at the latter's office. Thereupon, there was a drastic change of Lagadapati's attitude. Prior to Telangana polls, Lagadapati came up with a fake political survey to favour Praja Kootami. TRS leaders alleged that Lagadapati benefited financially from TDP to disclose the fake survey. Also, they said Lagadapati cleared all his loans with the money received from TDP's head. 

Actor Shivaji appeared to have become a social activist till some years ago. He used to make an intense criticism on TDP as well. However, all of a sudden Shivaji changed his tune and started praising TDP in a Merugiana Samajam news channel. Furthermore, he came up with much publicized 'Operation Garuda' that was intended to take a dig at BJP, Janasena and YCP. 

Obviously, opposition parties alleged that Shivaji charged a big money from TDP for Operation Garuda project. 

And true to the words of those allegations, Shivaji, the other day, visited Vijayawada city to get his newly purchased plots registered. When the media followed him, Shivaji humbly requested media that he had purchased those plots with the money given by TDP. 

Having seen the moves of Lagadapati and Shivaji, observers felt that the duo gained financially and lost ethically.
