AP CM Chandrababu Naidu's political decision of forming alliances with Telangana Congress, TJS and CPI and campaigned for victory of Praja Kootami hasn't gone down well with Trs government.
KCR pledged that he would give return gift to CBN hinting that Trs would support one of the political parties of AP against TDP. On the other side, MIM's head Owaisi proclaimed that he would support YS Jagan Mohan Reddy during AP general elections, 2019.
It's heard that KTR too had disclosed that Trs would support YSRCP for general elections.
Trs' decision may cause big damage to both Trs and YCP on various factors. Obviously, Trs and YCP's alliance might make another opposition party Janasena take serious political decisions.
Janasena might take it an advantage and will castigate the bond between YCP and Trs. Janasena leaders may disclose how the AP state was suffered post the state division.
Above all, Janasena will be contesting for Lok Sabha elections in Telangana seriously. The party may not win seats in Telangana. But then, it will surely split Trs votes which unnecessarily favour opposition parties.
"On the other hand, YS Jagan is known for his monopolistic attitude and his unilateral decisions and arrogant attitude are even lambasted by ground level YCP leaders. In such case, it's surprising Trs joining hands with the YCP," an observer said.
