VV Vinayak Sells VMax To D-Mart

It is known that, star director Vv Vinayak owns a multiplex VMax in Vizag. The director has allegedly sold the property to DMart Group for whopping Rs 35 Crores. The theater will be permanently closed post Sankranthi. However, the reason for Vinayak selling the multiplex is not known.

VMax was inaugurated in April in 2011. And the first film that was screened there was stylish star Allu Arjun’s Badrinath directed by Vinayak. Bunny along with few others had watched the film in the theater. It was Vinayak’s father’s dream to own a theater. But, the star director has now sold the property.

On professional front, Vv Vinayak is planning to make a film with Natasimha Balakrishna. C Kalyan is likely to bankroll the project. His last movie Inttelligent with Sai Dharam Tej was a disaster.
