Young Tiger NTR's most awaited film Aravinda Sametha directed by Trivikram hit the screens yesterday and it has got positive talk from all quarters for the power-packed performance of NTR. It has collected a share of Rs 26.64 crores on day one in Telugu states alone.
However it is coming out that the film triggered war between Nandamuri fans and TDP supporters. Aravinda Sametha benefit shows were screened early morning across Andhra Pradesh yesterday.
Nandamuri Cultural Youth Association, Balakrishna Fans honorary president Chitakayala Rambabu, president Vishwanathula Srinu will create hulchul in Sai Mahal theatre in Payaraopeta during the release of Balakrishna, NTR and Kalyan Ram's films.
The duo has been in the TDP ever since its formation. However Rambabu is staying away from the party programs during the last few days. Viswanathula Srinu recently joined YSRCP but still continuing his Nandamuri hero worship. Rambabu and Sreenu along with fans planned to see the first day first show of Aravinda Sametha.
However theatre manager denied them tickets saying TDP MLA Anita asked him not to give them tickets as they are YSRCP supporters. They turned furious and angrily questioned why the theatre management was denying them tickets as they are Nandamuri heroes’ fans though they are from the different party. They even claimed that they spent thousands to erect the flexies and banners for their star and found fault with the theatre management for not giving tickets. They angrily shouted that theatre management can sell tickets to the ruling TDP cadre and leaders and they can only watch the show.
They then tore the flexies and banners shouting why their flexies should be there when they were not given tickets. Police entered the scene and spoke with the theatre management and during that time Theatre Manager Seetharam went back on his words saying that he didn’t use the name of TDP MLA Anitha but only told them TDP Mandal president Pedireddy Chittbabu asked him not to give them tickets saying Balakrishna fans members are all from YSRCP.
