Sailaja Reddy Result Confused 3 Times!

Naga Chaitanya's commercial entertainer Sailaja Reddy Alludu got below par reviews from the critics on the day of its release. Obviously,  movie lovers felt the film would become a flop for sure. 

Leaving a shocker to everyone and all, the movie registered career best numbers for Chaitu on the day one and the first weekend of its release. Movie goers got their view changed on the result of the film. They thought the film would easily mint Rs.30 crores. 

Here comes another shocker for fine lovers. Much to their surprise, the film got its collections dipped miserably after its first weekend. At the end of the first week's run, the movie accumulated Rs.16+ crores share. As per trade analysts, the film could hardly add up Rs.3 crores more. It was also believed that the film got the record shares on day one as the film was released on the auspicious day of Vinayaka Chavithi. It is a known news that the film had done the pre release business of Rs.25 crores. As a result, it'd be a Herculean task the film to reach break even.

Directed by Maruthi the movie features Ramya Krishna as Chaitu's aunt and Anu Emmaenuel as his love interest. Gopi Sundar is the music director.
