Dharmabad court of Maharashtra, on Thursday, issued a non-bailable warrant to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. The court also issued warrants to Devineni Uma and 14 other ministers and MLAs of TDP.
Eight years ago, then opposition leader CBN along with his MLAs entered Babli project violating the ban already imposed on th area. Eventually, he was arrested and was released by the police then.
And recently a petitioner approached Dharmabad court to get the case reopened. Subsequently, CBN and his ministers have been issued non-bailable warrants and they were ordered to present to the court on 21st of this month.
In the meanwhile, TDP leader Buddha Venkanna alleged that PM Narendra Modi was behind CBN receiving non-bailable warrant.
