Naga Shaurya is certainly one of the most charming actors in Tollywood. He got boy next door image with his very first film as solo hero i.e. with Oohalu Gusagusalade which was a runaway hit. But later, Shaurya failed to pick winning subjects. With an ambition of attaining mass image, he chose commercial subjects which bombed at box office.

When his career was in danger zone, Naga Shaurya started his own production venture Ira Creations to make Chalo with debut director Venky Kudumala. Grand promotions and entertaining content helped the film to become a super hit for its budget. Naga Shaurya indeed pocketed huge returns with the film.

Post Chalo, Shaurya faced two back to back flops in form of Kanam and Ammammagarillu. Then, he took up Nartanasala with debut director Srinivas Chakravarthi. The film was initially promoted as hilarious entertainer. And with Chalo effect, Nartanasala made strong pre-release business providing heavy profits to Naga Shaurya who produced the movie on decent budget.

Surprisingly, Naga Shaurya and team completely stopped promotions just after two days after its release. Apparently, they thought, promoting the film with negative talk will be waste of money. But, it is a wrong strategy opine trade analysts because it will affect his future ventures. Moreover, buyers of Nartanasala will incur heavy losses with no proper promotions.
