Why Mahesh, Vijay Rejected That Film?

Super Star Mahesh Babu enjoys super stardom and his fans always love to see him star under ace directors films. For quite sometime they have been dreaming of Mahesh Babu to star in the direction of Maniratnam. 

Sometime back rumours spread that Maniratnam is coming up with a multi starrer with Mahesh Babu and Nagarjuna. Fans got super excited but the project didn't take off much to their disappointment. Later reports came out that Maniratnam planned a multi starrer with Mahesh Babu and Vijay. But even that did not take off. 

Mahesh during that time signed Srikanth Addala's Brahmotsavam and then went on to make his Kollywood debut with Murugadoss' Spyder. During that time Mahesh according to sources rejected Maniratnam's project. 

Sources say Vijay and Mahesh rejected Maniratnam's project as he delivered flops. However Maniratnam turned his project into a bilingual entertainer Nawab and roped in Aravind Swamy, Simbu, Vijay Sethupati, Arun Vijay, Jyothika, Aditi Rao Hydari in important roles. If Nawaab becomes a big hit then it will be a big shock to Mahesh Babu and Vijay.
