France Winner of FIFA Wold Cup 2018

The French are the winners of FIFA World Cup, 2018. France team's superstars Antoine Griezmann, Paul Pogba and Kylian Mbappé joined their forces to clinch the most memorable victory for France. Croatia, however, had to be satisfied for reaching the finals and to have given a tough competition to France to some extent. 

It was a tug of war situation in the first half between both the teams until Griezmann dived to win a free kick, which resulted a dreamy goal for France. At the end of the first half, France were ahead with 2-1 lead. 

Croatia, nonetheless, gave up the fight in the second half which eventually lead humongous victory of France with 4-2 lead. This is the second time France grabbing the world cup, post its victory for the first time in 1998. 

The winning team has won $38 million while the runner up pocketed $28 million as its prize money. In the meanwhile, celebrations across France have become kickstarted and there has been an immense exhilaration among the French from every nook and corner.
