Vijetha Was Not Meant For Kalyan

Mega Star Chiranjeevi's son in law Kalyan Dhev is making his debut in a grand manner with Vijetha which is slated for a spectacular release on 12 July. Expectations are reaching the stars as the film is titled after Chiru's yesteryear classic Vijetha. 

In the meantime the film’s director Rakesh Shashi speaking to scribes shocked all saying Vijetha was not meant for Chiru's son in law. He said during his first film Jatha Kalise, he met Sai Korrapati and during that time he planned a film under Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram banner. He said the project got delayed as Sai Korrapati became busy with other projects. 

"We didn’t pen Vijetha story keeping Kalyan Dhev in mind. We readied the story and then while searching for the suitable hero, we came to know about Kalyan Dhev. We are happy to launch Kalyan Dhev with our film. Kalyan Dhev is unaware of the lives of the middle class people as he was born in a rich family. So he worked hard for his role in the film."
