Sridevi Already Watched Dhadak!

The sudden demise of yesteryear beauty queen Sridevi broke the hearts of all. She couldn’t see her daughter Janhvi attaining stardom on silver screen. It is known that Sridevi planned her daughter's debut in a professional manner and didn’t relent despite getting crazy offers from top filmmakers across the country. 

Sridevi finally launched her daughter Janhvi with Dhadak which is nearing completion under the direction of Shashank Khaitan. The film which is a remake of Marathi hit Sairat stars Ishaan Khattar and is slated for a grand release on July 6th.

The filmmakers started promoting the film and inside talk is Sridevi happened to see the rushes of Dhadak. Boney sharing the secret revealed, “What I am especially proud of is the fact that my daughter doesn’t copy her mother on screen, although she hero-worships Sri. Janhvi has chosen to follow her own style of acting. In fact just before we left for Dubai, we saw the rushes of Dhadak. Sri then told me that Janhvi was not influenced by her in her acting style.”

Janhvi herself revealed some time back saying, “She was very technical about it. The first thing she told me was the things I needed to improve. she felt the mascara was smudged and it really bothered her. The second half has to be different, she told me... ‘You can’t wear anything on your face.’ That’s all she told me, but she was happy.”
