Director Tharun Bhascker expressed his agony over film critics. The director won appreciations for his maiden film Pelli Choopulu and his second film Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi is getting mixed response. It seems like, Tharun is not happy with how critics reviewed his film.
“I hope I find time some day to sit and write reviews on reviews. They are horrible and unqualified to review a film. I understand that an opinion is like an ass**le and everyone has one but a review should be given by a person who has at least a film appreciation course. Their knowledge about screenplay writing, structure, other aspects of filmmaking are zero. Just amateurish,” said Tharun Bhascker.
Curiously, the same director thanked critics and film reviewers for supporting him by giving good reviews for his first film Pelli Choopulu. In fact, it was the same reviewers who had given complete positive reviews. And when bad or mixed reviews pour in for his second film, he is now questioning the qualification of reviewers. This is unfair from Tharun Bhascker, opine analysts.
