Kalyan’s Mission For Charan Failed Utterly

Kalyan Krishna Kurasala made his directortial debut with Nagarjuna starrer Soggade Chinni Nayana which was a runaway hit. Despite heavy competition, the film did wonders at the box office. The director’s second film Rarandoi Veduka Chudham with Naga Chaitanya ended as an average grosser.

Kalyan Krishna always wished to gain commercial director tag. In fact, he wanted to make SCN with megastar Chiranjeevi who suggested Nag’s name for the film since thought the lead character is akin to the father role in Srinu Vaitla directed Andarivadu. Fortunately, SCN became biggest hit in Nag’s career.

Kalyan Krishna didn’t get to direct star heroes, owing to the unexpected result of RVC. Finally, Mass Maharaja Raviteja came on board to star in his last outing Nela Ticket. As per inner sources, Kalyan wanted to prove that he can deal mass and commercial subjects as well with Nela Ticket. His next target was actually Mega Power Star Ram Charan.

It is known that, Kalyan Krishna has good affiliation with mega family. But, his mission to impress Charan with Nela Ticket failed utterly as the movie got lukewarm response and is expected to end as a disaster.
