Movie Artists Association (MAA) has lifted ban against actress Sri Reddy. MAA president Shivaji Raja has officially invited Sri Reddy to be the part of MAA. Also he assured her all 900 members of MAA are willing to act with her. He made it clear that the members of MAA asked him to rethink the issue and so was the ban lifted.
Shivaji Raja made it clear that MAA had been referring its artists to filmmakers. "35 old age artists are being paid a pension of Rs.3000 each every month," Shivaji Raja said.
Also, MAA revealed that a 'Committee Against Sexual Harassment' (CASH) would be formed which is inducted with 10 members of MAA and 10 outsiders. However, it was made it clear that selection of cast and crew of any film is an ultimate choice of filmmakers.
