Second Thoughts About Mahabhaat Series

Ever since the stupendous success of Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali, many stars and filmmakers across the country nourished dreams of coming with a much bigger and grander project. 

When Rajamouli revealed that his ultimate dream is to take Mahabharat on silver screen, rumors spread that his next would be Mahabharat. However he remained silent and at the same time, Malayalam Super Star Mohan Lal is coming with a film on Mahabharat based on novel Randamoozhalm. The film is made with a whopping budget of 1000 crs. 

This inspired many Bollywood Stars. While Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan spoke about Mahabharat, Mr.Perfectionist Amir Khan too joined the list. He went on step ahead and couple of weeks ago reports came that Reliance CEO Mukesh Ambani joined hands with Amir Khan for the project and international writers are working on the script. 

Even as fans got excited, it is coming out that Amir Khan is having second thoughts about executing his five part version of the Mahabharat project. Buzz is Amir Khan after seeing what happened to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavat, feels that his project too may face serious protests and this may result in serious troubles. Sources say Amir may drop Mahabharat project as of now.
