The incident happened when Monal left to her house along with her cousin Payal Limbachiya, after promoting her upcoming films Reva and Family Circus.

Monal confronted Kamlesh when she saw him urinate near her parked car. Kamlesh who owns a photocopy and stationery store nearby, started abusing her adding lewd comments. 

Monal recorded the entire incident posted on her social media account and later lodged a police complaint. Monal thanked the cops for registering an FIR under section 110,117 and 294(b).
