Prince Mahesh Babu scored good number of hits in all seasons in previous years. However, in spite of summer being a good season for movies run, none of the films of Mahesh released in the month of May has scored a hit at the box office so far. His films such as Nijam, Nani and Brahmostsavam, which were released in the month of May, were bombed at the box office.
It is a known news that Mahesh's upcoming film Bharat Ane Nenu's release date was locked to April 27. Nevertheless, Stylish Star Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India's makers had zeroed their film's release date on the same day much prior to BAN's release date announcement. And recently, Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth's Kaala's released date was also confirmed as April 27.
After negotiations, the makers of BAN and NPS are said to have taken resolutions that their release dates would be changed. As we reported earlier, BAN would be released on April 20 while NPS would hit screens on May 4. Kaala will get released on the scheduled release date.
It is speculated that Allu Arjun made out the May month's bad sentiment of Mahesh Babu's films and has decided to let his film hit screens in May instead of April.
