Director's Wife Wept For Heroine

Malayalam director Priyadarshan's daughter Kalyani debuted in Tollywood besides King Nagarjuna's son Akhil's second film Hello under the direction of Vikram Kumar. Right after the film release, she started getting 'I Hate You' messages. 

Not that movie lovers hated her role to that extent, but they loved it so much that they drowned her in Hate You messages following the explanation of hero in the film that the extreme situation in Love is Hate. 

Kalyani revealed in fresh that she made her mom Liji cry.

I had doubts whether I can succeed as an actress or not. Still I gave preference to acting and joined films only with the support of my parents. It is wrong that star kid bag offers quickly and their journey is a cakewalk. Infact star kids face lot of pressure.

It is a memorable experience to make my debut with Akhil and Vikram Kumar. After watching the film, my mother wept for ten minutes shedding happy tears. My father who is known to scold for hours even for a small mistake was dumbstruck watching the film. This is the biggest compliment I got from my dad, said Kalyani.
