Tholi Prema Resembles Malayalam Blockbuster!

Mega Prince Varun Tej's Tholi Prema directed by Venky Atluri is mesmerizing movie lovers and especially those in love. Being a hit film, obviously few people started comparing Mega Prince Varun Tej's Tholi Prema with Lover Boy Naga Chaitanya's romantic entertainer Premam, a remake of Malayalam blockbuster with the same name. 

Yes, they say Tholi Prema resembled a lot with Premam while others opined it is natural as both the films are romantic entertainers. Some are vehement in their discussions saying Tholi Prema is also a carbon copy of Premam. How?

In Premam, hero’s romantic sojourns are revealed in three stages. Two of them blossom in his young age and turnout to be failures. Then film ends with hero finally marrying the girl he saw in the beginning childhood. 

However in Tholi Prema, it’s the same couple’s love story portrayed in three stages with maturity. Some say except that entire story is dissimilar. Whatsoever, Tholi Prema is surely not a trendsetter or as big hit as Malayalam Premam.

In fact, Tholi Prema and Premam may have some similarities but Premam too is inspired from Naa Autograph. If one rewinds, it also reminds of Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker. 

While Premam scenes are realistic and a little boring, Tholi Prema scenes are cinematic and entertained movie lovers. But everything boils down to whether the film is entertaining movie lovers and doing well at the box office or not.
