Akhil Behind SDT, Vinayak Film

Generally, a writer or director may not be able to find a hero of his choice when he is penning the story. A story may travel between various stars before getting finalised at one. Same is here, as a story rejected by a young hero went into other hero hands. 

We reliably learnt that a story flew away from Akkineni house to Mega compound. Comedy director Srinivas Reddy who directed King Nagarjuna in Damarukam later planned to do a film with Naga Chaitanya. Nag too encouraged him and writer Akula Siva who penned stories for Lakshmi, Krishna and Nayak readied a story for him. 

However the project did not get started due to financial problems of the producer. Then Akula Siva gave the same story to his close friend VV Vinayak. 

Now Vinayak is directing Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej with same script and the film is nearing completion. Plans are on to release the untitled film's first look soon. Sai Dharam Tej is romancing Andala Rakshasi Lavanya Tripathi while rumours are that the film is titled Dharma Bhai.
