Ever since AP government selected a three-crop yielding land as its capital city and named it as Amaravati, the area was stamped as the caste based capital. And the reason for that perception among the people was that the location is very nearer to Vijayawada, which is considered to be the heart of a caste.
However, not only TDP but also TDP based caste media have been embarrassed with the bad reputation that Amaravati earned. They are trying their best to project Amaravati as the world top class capital from AP.
At this framework, a pro TDP channel made an interesting survey in various areas of Bejawada city. As per channel's report, the house owners are reluctant to give their houses/portions of houses for rents to other caste people except to their caste's people. However, this is neither a new change which occurred all of a sudden nor was it such practice which got confined to only Vijayawada city.
Instead of doing such useless survey, the channel should have made survey on number of people like entrepreneurs, industrialists, realtors, engineers, doctors and other high profile personalities in the city on caste grounds. The bitter truth will be realized only then. Reports say, aforesaid people poured in their investments in Amaravati as well which made the government and pro TDP media developed lot of affection on the capital. Interestingly, Stylish Star Allu Arjun's dialogue, 'Bejawada ante paina ammavaru...' betokens the exact scenario in the city.
