Salman Smitten by Telugu Writer

Bollywood Star Salman Khan attained superstardom by starring in the remakes of many Telugu hit films. According to the latest, Salman gave green signal to a story penned by star writer Kona Venkat. 

It is known that Salman Khan's spy thriller Tiger Zinda Hai is releasing in a grand manner today. The film which is a sequel for the hit film Ek Tha Tiger features Katrina Kaif as heroine.

Salman during the film's promos shared his future projects. He lined up five projects and out of that Kona Venkat penned story for Sher Khan. 

Salman who loved the script bought it long time back and decided to film it on screen. Salman's younger brother Sohail Khan will direct Sher Khan. 

Kona Venkat earlier provided script for Salman's Ready (remake of Telugu hit Ready) and No Entry sequel. Sometime back Vijayendra Prasad also penned story for Salman's blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan. So, it's a special connect for Salman with South.
