Anushka Ties Knot to Virat Kohli

And the much awaited sweetest moment has come for Indian cricket skipper and world's best batsman Virat Kohli and dazzling actress Anushka Sharma.

"Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey", Anushka and Virat tweeted separately in their twitter handles acknowledging their marriage.

The venue of the wedding was set at a  a resort called Borgo Finocchieto in Buonconvento town in the Province of Siena in Italy. Only the selected invitees were present at the venue.

It is a known news that rumours were afloat last week and Internet exploded that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli would be marrying in Italy. And the gossip has now turned true.

Meanwhile, the couple will be hosting a reception in New Delhi on 21st December which will be attended  by celebs from film industry and cricketers.
