The baby, faced respiratory problem after being born with her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck at Eluru District hospital of West Godavari district was to be transported to a state-run hospital in Vijayawada.&nbsp;
When the driver of the ambulance noticed in midway after covering a 10 km distance that the oxygen cylinder being used to help the baby breathe was nearly empty he drove the van back to the Eluru hospital to seek assistance, but the baby died. Only the baby's grandmother was present in the van then.&nbsp;
The officials complained that there was only&nbsp; 30-40 per cent shortage in staff. As a result there was no paramedical staff, no male or female nursing orderly accompanies any patient being taken to a referral hospital in the two ambulances attached to the hospital. Ironically, this particular hospital won the best hospital award earlier this year.&nbsp;
This entire episode reflects the poor plight of the people in below poverty line at the hospitals. Despite broadcasting commercial programs for hours together, the AP's media should switch on spotlight on the setbacks in hospitals and the plight of the people of the people there.

The screenplay turned out to be decent, and the direction is to the point.The music for Pawan CH is attractive and appealing. The songs are situational and are shot well. While one song is emotional, the other two songs are foot-tapping. His background music is in sync with the story. Vinod Bangari's cinematography is quite good. He showed the rural atmosphere in Telangana in a natural and realistic manner. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. The chemistry between Vishal and Anjali looked odd on screen and to the irritation of viewers, the pre climax and climax is dragged to the next level leaving people wonder when the film will end. In order to connect chords with both these divergent sections, he loaded the first half with youthful elements and the second half with emotional elements trying to drive home the message.Though there are many bold scenes and dialogues in the first half, it connects chords with the youngsters as it was shown in an entertaining manner loaded with humorous elements. The interval block sets the stage for the second half. While the screenplay is racy and narration is quite fast paced in the first half, the second half narration slides down with monotonous elements. The preachy dialogues and repetitive scenes put off viewers. Finally the movie ends in a predictable manner.The music of Charan Arjun is good. The title song already became a chartbuster and it is choreographed in a good way on the screen. His background music is in sync with the story. The first half narration is decent and the screenplay is intact and racy keeping the interest levels of the viewers quite high setting the tone for the second half.However, MS.Raju loses plot in the second half with convenient screenplay. Instead of the protagonist unraveling the mystery of Agadha, other characters reveal everything to her, leaving nothing for her to do, thus diluting the over all impact. To the top of it, repetitive scenes impacted the flow of the narration. However, he generates interest in the runup to the climax before ending it in a decent manner.Nani Chamidisetty with his cinematography created the desired impact. He showed the scenes in an impactful manner using the color combinations and camera angles perfectly. The VFX and Graphics are of good quality. They could have however taken more care regarding the graphics. Art department could have done a better job as artificiality crept in the sets. The music of &nbsp;Rakesh Venkatapuram is good. The first half ends on a decent note with the cat and mouse game between the cops and the rebels. The second half continues in the same way with the introduction of new characters and the pre climax connects chords with all with the film finally ending on a predictable note. The predictability in the story, illogical scenes and few boring elements undid all the hard work.The cinematography of Mukesh is good. To the top of it, the over usage of Korean language puts off the viewers. The interval sequence and the possession of the spirit excites all, setting the tone for the second half.The second half's gangster role is dragged to the core. While few comedy scenes involving Varun Tej and Satya evoked laughter, others looked forced. The climax takes everyone by surprise and though looked different didn't leave the desired impact. The story ends in a funny way with the lead to the sequel.Thaman's music offered nothing new. The songs are few and didn't make much impact. Thaman's background music followed the same template. The series comes with 7 episodes and each episode has the duration of 25-35 minutes. Many gripping courtroom dramas like Amitabh Bachchan's Pink and its remake Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab came. He drew inspiration from them and tried to tell them in a realistic way.The narration starts in an interesting manner and the director does well balancing both sides of the views. The first three episodes keep the interest levels intact, but when one expects it to reach the next level with intense courtroom arguments, the director loses steam.From then on everything turns repetitive, testing the patience of the viewers. The slow pace of the narration ends up irritating the people. Dialogues turnout to be pretty ordinary. The expected emotions and drama in the courtroom arguments goes missing completely. Even the character arcs are not created properly after the initial introduction. The series and the narration lacked the required twists and turns.The first four episodes are predictable and offer no real twists. The fifth episode had a small twist but it did not excite anyone. The entry of Sameera only generates little interest. Many characters and their relations are not established properly and also there are many illogical scenes and convenient episodes.The background score of Anil Chiluvuru is good. However the cinematography of Suryaa and editing of Kishore turned out to be below average. Anand is fine in the role of Abhirami's husband in the film. He at the start evoked sympathy and then the twist surprises. He starts the narration revealing the importance of Kaamakhya Sakthi Peetham in Guwahati but the introduction of other characters slowed the pace of the film.The narration picks of pace in a slow and steady manner and it reaches peaks once the characters of Abhirami and others are introduced. But once again the Samuthirakhani character puts off all initially with the weak role. The second half screenplay turns out to be racy and director decided to concentrate on main plot rather than spend time on unnecessary comedy scenes. The twists and the climax take the film to the next level.Kushender Ramesh Reddy with his cinematography added value to the narration. He with his camera angles got the desired impact on the screen. Gyaani's background music elevated the scenes and ensured the narration sails smoothly maintaining the same tempo. The editing of Sree Varaprasad is ok but could have been better as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He slipped into the role of the police officer with effortless ease and showed good mannerisms. His body language and screen presence elevated the scenes. At times, he expressed through his eyes.Trinadh Varma played the role of the youngster who gets sandwiched between his own parents and that of his quarrelling parents and how he acts in pressure and frustration. Gowtham Pandit in the role of his friend is good and both helped the narration to carry forward.Shelly Kumar played the role of the mother to perfection. She got realistic and hard hitting dialogues and she came up with natural and realistic expressions and emotions. Ravi Varma did well in the role of the father who once lived a royal life before suffering losses.Neha Pathan played an important role and she did full justice to it. Jagapathi Babu looked menacing as the don and he did well in the role tailormade for him. Avasarala Srinivas is good as the cop. Harini Rao is also good in her role and she connects chords. He drew inspiration from physics' popular Newton's Third Law and came up with a crime thriller. He started the narration without wasting time showing the investigation scenes of the murder. The first half goes at a steady pace with narration intact except for few drags here and there. The screenplay is racy and with twists coming now and then, the first half turns out to be a decent watch.This set the tone for the interesting second half. While many expected the investigation to take off to new heights, the director Karna concentrated on highlighting the emotions and this impacted the pace of the narration. The screenplay went for the toss and this put off the viewers disconnecting them completely.To the top of it, the uneven pace, convoluted screenplay and investigation detailing instead of showing in action, concluding in dialogues, turned out to be a huge disappointment. What started as a thrilling ride turned out to be a bumpy ride in the end.The cinematography of Veda Vyas Gottipati showed the scenes in a natural and impactful manner. He used the camera angles and color combinations to maximum impact to show night scenes in an effective and realistic way. Anil Palasa's editing turned out to be a mixed bag. His editing is tight for most of the first half but he lost focus in the second half including many unnecessary and repetitive scenes.The background music of Sinjith Yerramilli created a good impact and elevated the scenes to the next level taking viewers into the narration keeping the interest levels intact. The songs however acted as the speed brakers. Dialogues are natural and realistic and at times thought provoking. Had he toned down the emotional scenes and included more interesting twists and turns highlighting the investigation procedure and process, things would have been different. The story is decent and screenplay is racy for most of the first half before going for the toss in the second half. Little finetuning of the script would have added more punch to the final output. He tried to entertain viewers with an intense love story in the action backdrop. Right from the start till the finish, much to the shock to all he followed the same routine outdated formula which wouldn't have worked even two decades back.The narration has the same commercial elements, hero introduction, hero-heroine romantic track, stunts and songs, etc. The first half is full of such scenes, and the narration goes on testing the patience of all with slow pace, predictable screenplay, and outdated story.The hope of better second half nosedives completely with even more monotonous scenes. After a point of time, people look towards the exit door for respite. Even the entry of Mohan Babu doesn't improve the narration and add value to the proceedings.The music tuned GV Prakash Kumar tuned offered nothing new. The songs just come and go like a template and do not add any value to the narration and story. Instead, they turned out to be speed brakers. The background score tuned by GV Prakash Kumar elevated few scenes.Jayakrishna Gummadi with his Cinematography showed the Tirupati locations and proceedings in an appealing manner. Jai Krishna put in sincere effort and his hard work is seen in the intense performance on the screen. But Ajay Bhupathi failed to do justice to the trust shown by Ajay Bhupathi. He disappointed everyone with the outdated story, patience testing screenplay and direction. Wonder how the project was given the green signal. Srinivasa Mangapuram Review

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and top director Shankar's 2.0 is the most happening film at the moment. The audio launch, which took place in Dubai some days ago, was a huge success. 

And today, team 2.0 is planning to unveil the much awaited teaser of the film in Hyderabad in a grand event. Needless to say, the teaser might stand as a replica of high end visuals in the movie. 

Lyca Production spent Rs.400 crores on this India's costliest movie. Amy Jackson was seen opposite to Rajinikanth while Bollywood's action hero Akshay Kumar essayed an antagonist in the movie. AR Rahman has composed tunes. As we know, the film is the sequel of 2010's blockbuster Robo. The movie is slated for release on January 25, 2018.
