Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Rangasthalam 1985 is the most awaited film of Tollywood given the most typical genre chosen by the makers. Everyone in the team is working with great passion making this project something special in Tollywood's history. 

It is a known news that the movie is being made with the backdrop of a village in 1985. While Ram Charan will be seen in a complete makeover with thick beard and moustaches are grown, Samantha plays a village belle who sports the role of Ram Charan's maradalu. 

The movie will be showcasing then cultures and traditions of a village. It's now learnt that village politics are also part of the film. Jagapathy Babu and Aadhi will also have significant roles in the film. 

Sukumar wields megaphone for this Mythri Movie Makers production venture. The movie has its music scored by Devi Sri Prasad. The movie is expected to hit screens in the last week of March.
