'Brahmani and I spent a heart warming afternoon donating the blood. Brahmani says if you start donating blood at the age of 18 and donate every 90 days until you reach 60, you would have potentially helped save more than 500 lives. It's a very powerful and satisfying thing to do,' said Upasana.
