AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and his government has been trying its best to promote tourism in the state. As such the government roped in various celebrities to create awareness and elevate the brand image of the state. 

According to the latest, AP Government is orgainising the Social Media Awards to promote tourism in the state and celebrities will be gracing the function to be held on November 19. 

Inside talk is, Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone who is currently starring in the most prestigious and at the same time most controversial film Padmavathi directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali will attend the event to receive an award. 

According to sources, Deepika has been conferred the Most Popular Indian Actress on Social Media. Big B Amitabh Bachchan will receive the Most popular Indian on social media. While Amitabh is yet to confirm his presence, Deepika confirmed that she will fly down to Amaravati and receive the award. 

Tollywood hot hunk Rana and young music director Anirudh will be receiving the Most Active South Indian actor and Most Sensational on social media awards respectively. More than 30 awards will be presented to various celebrities and it will be a treat to Amaravati people to watch so many celebrities in live at a film function.
