NTR's Biopics Already Released!

We are well aware of the fact that three biopics on Ntr's life were announced by three filmmakers. While RGV created a sensation of sorts announcing Lakshmi's Ntr, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna roped in RGV's protege Teja to helm another biopic on Ntr. On the other hand, another director named Kethireddy announced Lakshmi's Veeragrandham. 

Did you know? Late Ntr's biopics were released 20 years ago. Surprised? But this is true! During the second stint of Ntr between 1985 and 1989, his administration was immensely lambasted by opposition parties and anti groups in film industry. 

A movie titled Mandaladheesudu made as a satirical biopic on late Ntr that released in the year, 1987. Kota Srinivasa Rao exhibited tremendous performance in a character that resembled Ntr's body language including dialogues. The film was directed by M Prabhakar Reddy on DVS Raju's production. The movie stood as a super hit at the box office. The full movie on youtube has also got good number of views.

Superstar Krishna starrer Gandipeta Rahasyam was yet another satirical biopic on Ntr which got released in 1989. This movie too highlighted administrative blunders of Ntr. Krishna's Naa Pilupe Prabhamjanam, Rickshawala etc. films also had Ntr's references as a CM.
