PV Sindhu Bad Experience @ Indigo!

Indian Ace Shuttler Pv Sindhu is severely upset with the rude behavior she met by the airline ground staff of Indigo when she was flying to Mumbai. She has particularly mentioned the name of Ajeetesh, an Indigo employee not only rudely behaved with her but also with the airhostess who tried to intervene.

‘Sorry to say, I had a very bad experience when I was flying by 6E 608 flight to Bombay on 4th Nov. The ground staff by name Ajeetesh behaved very badly and rudely with me. When the air hostess Ms Ashima tried to advise him to behave properly with the passenger (me) but to my surprise he behaved very rudely with her. If these types of people work on reputed airline like Indigo they will spoil their reputation,’ Sindhu said. However, Indigo defended their employee Ajeetesh. 

‘Sindhu was carrying over baggage that cannot fit in overhead bin. She was informed that this luggage will be moved to cargo hold of the aircraft. We follow the same policy for all customers,’ IndiGo spokesperson Ajay Jasra said.
