Of all the recent movies released in Tamil, Vikram Vedha stood as the biggest hit. Starring Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi, Vikram Vedha is a story about a conflict between an honest police officer and a dreaded crime lord with a heart.

Inspired by Baithal Paichisi, famously known as Vikram-Bethaludu stories, director Pushkar and Gayatri are appreciated by critics and audience for nurturing a commercial no-nonsense plot on screen.

Recently there was news that Venkatesh and Rana will be acting in the remake of Vikram Vedha. However, now the latest news doing rounds is that Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja and Rana will be acting together in the remake version.

Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja is heard to enact in the role of Vijay Sethupathi who is a tough criminal and Rana will appraise the role of Madhavan, a tough and honest cop.

The director of Tamil version is yet to be finalized and an official announcement on this project is expected to happen anytime soon.

This will be very interesting as we get to see Rana and Ravi Teja acting together for the first time in their careers.

Just like how Madhavan and Sethupathi were appreciated in Tamil, we might get to see the same from our talented Ravi Teja and Rana.
