Rangasthalam: Newness with Oldness

A bunch of pics of a village set posted by Mega Power Star Ram Charan this morning in his fb page received rave response from fans and movie lovers. The pics consisted of then top beverage Goldspot, Golisoda, a kirana shop, a thatched house, a bullock cart etc. These pics, right away, take us back to 80s for sure.

"#Rangasthalam #Retro Taking you back to the 80’s. The village sets bringing back the memories of my childhood," posted Ram Charan. We are well aware of the fact that the film is being made as a period entertainer with 1985 backdrop in a village of Godavari districts. 

Thought numerous old and antique replicas are used for the film, they all collectively bring newness instead of oldness. And the reason is clear. Passionate filmmaker Sukumar is handling this brand new script with utmost care taking every minute aspect into consideration. 

Ram Charan's thick bearded getup, on the other hand, received overwhelming response from movie folks. Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad's music would be another asset for this Mythri Movie Makers production venture. Featured by Samantha as female lead, the film is likely to hit screens in early summer.
