Manchu Manoj's Okkadu Migiladu which was supposed to release this month is postponed due to post protection and censor issues. The actor had flown to Thailand and is undergoing extensive training in Mixed Martial Arts in Phuket. Buzz is that this is meant for preparation of his next film in which he will be seen as a boxer.
The actor, however, says that he is learning the new martial art for the sake of his passion but they will be useful for his future stunts. The actor shared a practice session video on his Twitter handle, captioning it, "The only bad thing in #MMA is kicking our master. Sorry, Guruji! But you are giving the best! #MMAtraining #phuketDiaries (sic)."
Okkadu Migiladu may release sometime in the next month. Okkadu Migiladu is set in the backdrop of the Sri Lankan civil war and the actor will appear in a double role — Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) supremo Prabhakaran, as well as a student leader.
