Megastar Chiranjeevi's 151st film, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy was launched the other day with a silent pooja held at Konidela Production office in Hyderabad. The official announcement of the movie will take place on August 22nd as actor's Birthday special. Uyyalawada team is also planning to release the logo and motion poster on the same day.
This film being the story of Telugu freedom fighter, there is lot many speculations about the movie's casting. Sources chirped on Nayanathara and Amitabh Bachchan almost confirmed for the project but Chiranjeevi is still waiting for the nod of Oscar winning music composer AR Rahman.
Yes, Chiranjeevi is of an opinion that Rahman’s inclusion will bring the project a pan India appeal as producer Ram Charan is planning to make the film simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. Later, the same will be dubbed into Malayalam and Hindi with all efforts to release the various versions simultaneously.
Rahman is an expertly proven personality in scoring music for films based on patriotic content at International standards. Though there are commercial music scorers like Devi Sri Prasad and Mani Sharma in Tollywood, insistence from Surender Reddy and Chiranjeevi to rope in AR Rahman is considered invaluable which will also help Uyyalawada to gain International recognition.
