Charmi Marriage Prospects Spoiled!

The off screen performance by Charmi to escape from Special Investigation Team's grilling questionnaire led her to move High Court seeking the intervention to get some sort of relief. However, High Court did not provide any such relaxation in its judgement because lawyer on behalf of SIT explained in detail about using healthy and best interviewing techniques used without any coercive measures to get the answers.

When Charmi's lawyer argued on how her client's marriage prospects are getting damaged with dragging her name into case, court simply asked SIT to schedule the interrogation from 10 AM to 5 PM with lady officers. 

Court also asked SIT to record the inquiry process and extend the questioning to next day if required. About giving the blood samples, Charmi got relief as it's left to her own liberty. If SIT collects enough evidences to suspect Charmi's guilty, they can use judicial procedure to take the blood, nail and hair samples.
