Puri Breathes Fire on Media

Ever since Puri Jagannadh and other celebs of Tollywood have received notices from excise department on drug racket issue, electronic media has been airing various reports against those celebs which made Puri go annoyed with them.

The maverick director was grilled by excise officials from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm yesterday. Puri released a video message from his twitter handle in which he said he hadn't involved in drug racket issues. He further expressed his annoyance on media friends for reporting fake news against him.

"Basically, I am a very responsible person. I never indulge in illegal activities. I admire police department a lot. I made a movie titled Ism on journalists and many movies on police. I have got good friends in media houses. But they aired and published fake news on me thus spoiling my family happiness. All my family members have been depressed for the past four days. Altogether, media has disturbed me a lot. If at all anything is found wrong, it will be decided by SIT officers." says Puri.

Interestinlgy, Puri's criticism on media was censored by various elctronic media houses including a nine numbered channel.
