Ramcharan Tej is back in track. He got very cautious with the selection of scripts and directors that he would like to work with.
After the debacle of Orange, Charan chose to select scripts that is close to masses and tried to play safe.
He had hits in the form of Racha, Yevadu and Naayak. Though they were hits, it didn’t help his career much.
And after these movies, he again had to taste failures like Govindudu Andharivaadale and Bruce Lee when tried different.
From then, Charan started being choosy in scripts and is becoming wiser in picking up directors too.
His last film Dhruva that is rich on content is a super-hit. And now he chose Sukumar for Rangasthalam which also looks to be an off-beat film rich in content without losing commercial touch.
It is heard that Dil Raju was interested in getting Harish Shankar direct a movie for Charan to which the later asked for some time.
But now with DJ receiving severe flak for Harish Shankar’s direction, Dil Raju decided to go with another director from his school.
If that anonymous director convinces Ramcharan, then well it might see the light.
Overall, there is no doubt that Mega Power Star is becoming more matured and intelligent to choose the right script and the right director which will for sure do good to his career.
