Ramcharan is though Mega Power Star for his Fans, he has been repeatedly targeted by critics for monotonous story, script picking very much struck to masala commercial elements. Of late, this criticism blocked him from growing up beyond an image. From Govindudu Andari Vadele, a small variation was found in Charan’s thinking which will magnify leaps and bounds now with Rangasthalam 1985.
Ever since this title logo is unveiled couple of days back, the same critics who used to lash out at Charan are acknowledging him for showing the variation. Director Sukumar known for hand picking such innovative titles yet again showed a thumping impact with Rangasthalam.
While the actual intention or connection of story with Rangasthalam (literally means Theater Arts Venue) and the year 1985 is yet to be informed, sources say the film has nothing to do with Nataka Rangam because this is a pure village backdrop love story between Ramcharan, Samanta and a revenge thread blended on Aadi.
Most probably, Rangasthalam can be the fiction name of a village where entire story unfolds. In fact, the logo gives a similar impression too. Whatsoever, Charan sent a strong message to critics and audience that he is no more the same Mega Power Star of Naayak or Racha times.
