Producer Nagarjuna's Hattrick

King Nagarjuna, as a producer, has a last laugh all the way. He ensured some runaway successes recorded on his own production house Annapurna Studios. Having tasted a series of flops and below averages such as Super, Rajanna and Bhai, Nagarjuna along with entire Akkinenei family produced a typical family entertainer  Manam which stood as an awesome hit at the box office. Manam accumulated around Rs.38 crores share then. 

Latterly, romantic entertainer Oka Laila Kosam was made under Annapurna Studios. The film couldn't live upto expectations. The movie, however, was produced by Naga Chaitanya. 

And then, Nagarjuna again came into the picture with Soggade Chinni Nayana. And the film stood as a Sankranthi blockbuster minting around Rs.50 crores share. Nagarjuna was succeeded both as a hero and as a producer. Until now, Soggade Chinni Nayana has stood as the biggest grosser among Akkineni heroes' films. 

Afterwards, Nagarjuna collaborated with his good friend Nimmagadda Prasad for Nirmala Convent which finally gave him nightmarish experience. 

Having been made with a shoe string budget of around Rs.15 crores, Nagarjuna's latest production venture Raarandoyi Veduka Chooddam is collecting around Rs.25 crores in its full run. 

All in all, Nagarjuna scored a hattrick with Manam, SCN and RVC with his name seen as a producer in the title cards. Let's wish his success spree gets continued.
