Rajini, Balayya & Prabhas: Similar Themes?

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth's Baasha was one of the trend setting films those days. Actually, 'Baasha' was said to be a freemake of Big B Amitbh Bachchan's 'Hum'. If the ongoing buzz is to be believed Rajinikanth, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna and Young Rebel Star Prabhas are doing films which are learnt to have been more or less similar themes. 

Rajinikanth plays under world's mafia don in Mumbai backdrop which is being directed by Kabali's director Pa Ranjith. Balakishna plays the role of an international don in US backdrop.  Till some days ago, the title of the film was mulled over as 'Gangster'. 

Prabhas, who is at cloud nine with the successes of Baahubali series films, is likely to essay the role of an underworld's boss. Mumbai backdrop is set for this film as well. A mind boggling rain fight has been planned by the makers in Mumbai backdroop. It has to be seen how far these underworld's entertainers are set to enthrall the audience.
