Where Is Vamsy Going Wrong?

Creative senior director and a man with pure Telugu taste is Vamsy Garu. In fact, Godavari region looks more beautiful in his films, is the reason why he made a niche for himself in Telugu cinema. Off late, Vamsy seems to have completely lost his touch and making dud movies one after the other. 

Yet, the last Friday released Fashion Designer, Son of Ladies Tailor stood as one of the promising films in the week because it is a sequel to cult Ladies Tailor from Rajendra Prasad, Vamsy. Somehow, Fashion Designer is cruising towards a flop result in theaters and Vamsy’s admirers are unhappy overall. 

Apparently, producer Madhura Sreedhar Reddy’s basic storyline on Manmadha Rekha had enough spice in it to hook the viewer’s interest. Problem lied in Vamsy’s outdated screenplay and archival writing further damaged by hopeless actors. Fashion Designer though had more than couple of hilarious moments and wonderful music by Mani Sharma, the way seems to be so long. Never late than ever, Vamsy has to adopt the modern day and market ruling trends. Till then, the result is prone to go wrong.
