Dasari's Last Rites Performed

It has been a grand send off to legendary filmmaker Darshakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao from entire Tollywood, politicians and all other fans of Dasari. The last rites of Dasari were performed a while ago with all state honours at Dasari's farmhouse at Moinabad. His cremation was held next to the same place where Dasari's wife Padma's cremation was done in 2011. Amidst myriad fans his last rites were performed with Hindu religious traditions.

The death of the ace director created a huge vacuum in Tollywood. He was loved by one and all. Earlier this morning huge turnout of Tollywood's film fraternity and politicians paid their last respects to Dasari at film chamber. There had been a procession upto Moinabad which was attended by thousands of fans. 

Superstar Krishna cancelled his birthday celebrations while Power Star Pawan Kalyan called off his ongoing film's shoot for three days. And today, all theaters remained closed while shootings were cancelled as a mark of their honour towards the director. 

Dasari was admitted to KIMS hospitals yesterday due to renal failure which also led his heart to stop functioning. The doctors tried their best to get it revived. Sadly they failed to give life to Dasari. Many celebs and Dasari's proteges felt as long as the movie industry exists Dasari's is remembered forever.
