Chalapathi Rao's Sorry to Women

Senior character artist  Chalapathi Rao embroiled in huge controversy for his derogatory remarks on women during the audio launch of 'Raarandoyi Veduka Chooddam'. Especially he received the wrath of women organizations.

Chalapathi Rao, however, took damage control measures on his words. He attended a TV news channel discussion program today and said sorry to everyone who got hurt with his comments on women and made it clear that his words were unintentional and was repenting for his words. Furthermore, he revealed that he had been in film industry for the past 50 years and never ever had he indulged in any controversies. He begged apologies to women and requested them to get the controversy ended here. 

In the meanwhile, Chalapathi Rao pointed out that several double meaning dialogues are being mouthed by performers in reality shows which are enjoyed by women judges too. He felt such dialogues are not supposed to uttered by artists and they should not be encouraged by the judges.
