Will Baahubali 2 Affect Them?

Restoring the Box Office to normalcy won’t be an easy challenge for producers and buyers because post Baahubali tsunami effects are sure to affect the trade equations. In fact, a similar scenario was observed after Baahubali 1 release and now entire Indian cinema is feeling Bahaubali 2 tremors which might last long.

For example, Tollywood has already got four to five new movies released in theaters in parallel with Baahubali 2 continuing its rampage. But, trade sources are disappointed to the core because collections of these films aren’t matching Baahubali 2 despite the magnum opus is heading into its third week.

Firstly audience may need little more time to eject from Bahaubali hangover. This can happen only when quality films are offered and queued for release in coming weeks. Until then, all these new releases can only help in providing extra cushion for Baahubali 2 by increasing its final numbers.
