Kapus Repenting for Chiru's PRP!

Justice KL Manjunadh Commission, which was formed for inclusion of Kapu community into BCs, visited Kakinada today to get the views of various sections of people. Meanwhile, the head of Kapu reservation movement Mudragada Padmanabham called upon his community leaders and activists to show their unity in front of Manjunadh Commission. 

It's learnt that the community activists expressed their repentance for the defeat of Megastar Chiranjeevi led PRP and the kind of bad propaganda done to hero and his party. They opined that pro TDP and other political parties indulged in Goebbels propaganda on PRP alleging that chief of the party was selling tickets for various constituencies. Although, it is a common practice for every party to sell tickets during elections, PRP was the only political party which got targeted and was defamed by the anti media. Moreover, many coverts from TDP joined PRP and did great damage. 

"Currently, Kapu community population is around 30% in AP. In 2009, only 30% to 40% of them have cast their vote to PRP. Had 80%-90% voted for PRP then, the situation could have been different and party could have won 150+ seats. Most of the people from the community were trapped by bad propaganda of other parties' media houses," said a leader of the community during the interaction.
